    Develop the Position Profile
    We welcome the opportunity to begin our search process with a personal interview in your home or office with founder Susan Flynn. Together we develop a job description and appropriate salary range for your position. We then hand-select the best candidates from our extensive pool of talented chefs who have told us that they are looking for just such a position.

    We meet with you in person to:

  • Introduce ourselves and our company, to establish trust in our abilities to act as your representative.
  • Discuss and detail your family dynamics, dietary requirements and nutrition goals, food preferences and proposed work schedule.
  • Outline the chef's responsibilities and establish an appropriate salary range.
  • Explain our Placement Fee Agreement and answer your questions about our services and guarantee.

    Ready to Begin

    To create our working relationship, we ask for a $500.00 nonrefundable Application Fee to offset administrative costs. Upon receipt of the Application Fee and a signed Placement Fee Agreement, we will begin our search. In most cases, we are able to send you an excellent candidate to interview within two weeks.
