Interview Pre-screened Candidates
After we have developed the job description with you, we
hand-pick one or more candidates for you to interview. We
will send you each candidate's complete application package,
which includes:
A one-page letter of introduction
Current resume
5 references to the Chef's suitability for private chef work
One week of menus, demonstrating personal cooking style
and expertise
A completed and clear background check
You may contact the chef directly to set up a personal
interview, in your home, to meet with each other, discuss the
position and schedule a cooking tryout.
We recommend that you interview at least two candidates,
particularly if you have never employed a private chef. While
you are welcome to interview multiple candidates, most of our
clients find that our targeted search provides such outstanding
candidates that choosing between them is difficult.
