Four Star Private Chefs is owned and operated by chef Susan Flynn. In 1996, after 17 years in the restaurant business, Susan began a second career as a private chef for a Silicon Valley executive families.
As a private chef, Susan continued to do what she loved to do, apart from the long hours and fickle nature of the restaurant business. In fact, Susan believes that she became a better chef, as the demand for variety and flexibility in this new career led her to experiment with new recipes and techniques.
